H A L Foundry Force Division

Our place is located at 1 Ganapathi Nagar, right on Dabhoi Road. We are part of the Narayan Nagar Society No II, which is just beside Mahanagar Society. If you’re looking for us, we are directly opposite the police station, so it’s pretty hard to get lost. Working at H A L Foundry Force Division means dealing with a lot of heat and heavy equipment. It’s a loud environment, and there is always the smell of metal and machinery in the air. We don’t wear fancy clothes here because everything gets covered in grime and dust by lunch anyway. The workshop has been here for a long time, and the walls show the age of the building. We have a small office area where we keep the logs and schedules, but most of the real work happens out on the floor. It’s a tough job sometimes, and the shifts can be long when we have a big order to get through. We take our breaks sitting on crates or whatever is available, usually just drinking water and catching our breath. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so there’s always trucks moving in and out. It isn't the prettiest place to work, but it’s honest labor. We’ve got a core group of guys who have been here for years, and we all just know our roles and get on with it without much fuss.
