Gymx

Gymx is located down at No. 8 on Lake City Apartment Road in Subash Nagar. We are right there by the Lake City Apartments, so a lot of our members live in that building or the ones right next to it. It’s a convenient spot for people living in this part of Bangalore. The gym itself is a straightforward room with everything you need for a daily workout. We have some treadmills, a row of weights, and a few multi-gym machines. It’s not a huge place, so you end up talking to people and getting to know your neighbors after a few visits. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us running the place day to day. Sometimes the music is just the local radio, and other times people bring their own headphones. The floor has a few scratches from where the weights have been dropped over time, but that’s just part of a working gym. We keep the windows open when it’s nice out to get some fresh air from the lakeside area. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which makes it a bit easier to focus on your sets. We don't have any complicated membership tiers. You just come in, sign up, and start your training. It’s a very down-to-earth environment where no one cares what you're wearing as long as you're putting in the work. It’s just a local gym.
