Gymsquare

Gymsquare is situated in the Trilochan Complex on Munnekolala Main Road. We actually take up both the 3rd and 4th floors, which gives us a decent amount of space to spread things out. We are directly opposite the Government School, so you can often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing during the day. Marathahalli is a hectic area, but once you get up to the 3rd floor, things feel a bit more focused. Having two floors means we have to run up and down the stairs a lot to check on everything. We have got the cardio stuff on one level and the heavier weights on the other. It is a basic setup, nothing too fancy, but it works for the people who live around here. The morning shift is usually pretty calm, but once school lets out and people start heading home from the tech parks, it gets crowded fast. We spend our time fixing the cables on the machines and keeping the mats clean. The view from the windows looks out over the main road, which is always full of bikes and buses. It is a hardworking kind of place. We keep the doors open, the fans spinning, and the water flowing for whoever needs a break from the Marathahalli chaos. It is just a simple gym for people who want to get their workout done without any fuss or extra noise.
