Our office is in Bangalore, specifically in Tirumala Apartment, Room 302. We are located in Gottigere on BG Road. If you know the area, you know how much traffic there is on Bannerghatta Road these days. We are tucked away in this apartment building, which makes it feel more like a home than a sterile office. Gvr Construction has been running out of this space for some time. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one on the door. Inside, it’s quite cozy. We have a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally acts up. We handle all our construction planning and paperwork from here. Most of our guys are out at the sites, so it’s usually just a few of us in the office. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but it’s worth it. We get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the numbers right and make sure the projects are moving. Sometimes we order food from the local shops nearby and eat at our desks. It’s a very low-key environment. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is right there. It’s a good spot for a small team like ours. We don't need much else to get the job done. Just some space and a telephone.
