We’re located right by Vinayaka Circle in Palace Guttahalli. It’s a lively area with a lot of foot traffic. I’ve always liked animals, so being surrounded by pet supplies all day isn't a bad way to spend my time. The shop is filled with bags of food and various accessories for dogs and cats. It can get a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, and we have to stack the bags high against the walls. We get a lot of regulars who bring their dogs in with them, which makes the day more interesting. The floor is tile, so it’s easy to clean up the inevitable messes. I’ve lived in Guttahalli most of my life, so I know a lot of the families around here. My wife helps out on the weekends when it gets busy. We don’t have any flashy displays, just simple shelves and clear prices. Sometimes the birds in the trees outside make more noise than the customers. It’s a friendly place. I spend a lot of time answering questions about which food is better or how to stop a puppy from chewing on shoes. I’m not an expert, just someone who has been around pets for a long time. It’s a good little business and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the shelves stocked for the local pets.
