Gunain Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Rajajinagar, specifically at number 86 on the 8th Cross in the I Block. Rajajinagar is a well-known part of Bangalore, and we’ve been tucked away in this corner for a good amount of time. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have a few rooms where we keep all our construction plans and records. It’s usually pretty quiet until the phones start ringing in the late morning. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big storefront. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the neighborhood. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs building or fixing, we figure out how to do it. Our team is pretty small, so we all know each other’s business and help out whenever someone is overwhelmed. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't sit in long meetings talking about strategy or future growth. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. Sometimes the 8th Cross gets blocked by a truck or something, but that’s just life in this part of town. We like the stability of being in I Block. It’s a solid location and it makes it easy for our workers to get to the different sites we manage around the city.
