Our office in Bangalore is tucked away in Sanjayanagar, specifically at No. 45 on the 1st Main Road in C.I.L. Colony. If you know Bangalore, you know that this side of town still has some of that old residential feel left. It’s not like the big tech parks you see on the other side of the city. The road outside is lined with some trees, and in the mornings, it’s actually quite peaceful before the traffic picks up. We’ve set up shop in a building that’s been around for a while. The rooms are a bit small, but they fit our desks and the computers we need for our work. We mostly handle the local coordination for Gulf Oil from here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for an hour, but we just work around it. There’s a small balcony where we step out for air. You can see the neighbors going about their business and the local delivery vans making their rounds. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a big sign or anything. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here. It’s a convenient location for the staff, and it feels like we’re part of the neighborhood rather than just a business. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
