You can find Growell Human Resource Solutions Pvt Ltd on the second floor of the building at Kishori Park. We are right above the Canara Bank on Hennur Main Road, specifically at numbers 33 and 34. It is near the New High Karnatak School. Being on the main road means it's easy to find but it can be quite noisy with the buses going by. We do a lot of HR work here, which mostly means sorting through files and chatting with people about their careers. The office is a bit of a walk up the stairs. We have been in this spot for a while and the bank downstairs makes for a good landmark for anyone coming to visit. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have some desks, chairs, and a small area for people to wait. It gets busy during the middle of the week. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. That’s just life in an HR office, I guess. We like being in the Hennur area. It’s got a good mix of people and there’s always something happening outside. We don't really do anything fancy here, just focus on getting the tasks done and helping people out with their job searches. It's a steady pace most days and we appreciate the local shops nearby. We plan on staying in this building for the foreseeable future.
