We operate out of Mahalakshmipuram at number 4. It’s a pretty straightforward location in a neighborhood that has a mix of everything. Growel Agrovet Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good while now. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all our work happens. We have a small group of people who come in every morning to handle the various things that need doing. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work or running errands. We like being in this part of town because it feels very grounded and real. Inside, the walls are mostly bare, and the furniture is just the basic stuff we’ve had for years. We don't really spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Our focus is just on getting through the paperwork and the phone calls that fill up our day. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat, as everyone around here knows each other fairly well. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it suits us just fine. We don’t use any complicated systems or have big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps things moving along without any unnecessary stress or complications. It works for us and our small team.
