Grihavinyas

Malleshwaram has that old-school feel that you don't find much anymore. Grihavinyas is located at 63 Lower Palace Orchards, right on the 1st Main. It’s a nice spot. There are big trees around, and it stays relatively cool even in the summer. Our office is an old building. It has high ceilings and those heavy doors that creak a little when you open them. We like the character of it. We aren't really into modern glass offices. Here, it feels like we are part of the history of the neighborhood. We spend our mornings checking the mail and catching up on what happened the day before. The 1st Main gets some traffic, but it’s nothing compared to the bigger roads. We’ve been at this address for a while. People know the blue door. Inside, we have a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks. We still use paper for a lot of things. It just feels more reliable. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just use that time to talk or sort through the physical files. It’s not a high-speed environment. We take our time to make sure things are correct. We don’t have a big logo on the wall or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a phone call or clear a spot on the table. It’s just a normal workplace with people doing their jobs.
