You can find us at number 6 in Vinayaka Nagar, tucked away in Chikkasandra. We're right behind the Chikkabanavara Railway Station, on the 2nd Cross near Hessaragatta Road. It’s a bit of a quiet corner of Bangalore, which is nice compared to the noise of the city center. We’ve been here for a while, working on various property and housing things. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains go by quite often, but you get used to it after a few days. Our office is a straightforward place where we do our planning and meet with folks who are interested in what we’re doing. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of maps and papers. We focus on the local area because that’s what we know best. Chikkasandra and the surrounding parts of Bangalore are changing, and we’re just a small part of that growth. Most of our work involves helping people figure out their housing needs or looking at how pieces of land can be used better. We keep things informal and honest because that’s how we like to be treated too. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people, then coming back here to sort out the details. We’re just local people doing our bit to build up this part of town, one project at a time. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy.
