Our office is right opposite the Corporation Bank on 12th Main in Indiranagar. It’s a lively spot to be in, though finding a place to park your scooter is almost impossible some days. Griha Interiors Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team working out of No.1084. Most of our time is spent looking at floor plans or talking to carpenters who are out at different sites. The office is usually full of tile samples and fabric swatches that we haven't put back yet. People come in looking to change their kitchens or maybe fix up a bedroom. We listen to what they want and then we try to figure out how to make it work within the space they have. It’s a lot of measuring and remeasuring. Indiranagar has changed so much since we started, but we’re still here in the same spot in HAL 2nd Stage. We don't use fancy computer programs for everything; sometimes a pencil and a ruler are just better. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive, we just do the work. It’s about making a house feel a bit more like a home, I guess. We enjoy seeing a project finally come together after weeks of dust and noise and heavy lifting.
