We operate out of Krishna Nilaya, which is located at number 576 12 on 9th Cross in the Gokula area. Specifically, we're in the 1st Stage, 2nd Phase part of that neighborhood here in Bangalore. It's a nice, established part of the city to be in. As developers and promoters, we spend a lot of our time looking at sites and figuring out how to build or improve them. The office is basically our home base where we keep our blueprints and handle the legal side of things. It’s not a high-rise office; it’s more of a local spot where people can just walk in and have a chat. Bangalore is growing so fast, and being in Gokula gives us a front-row seat to all those changes. We’ve seen the streets fill up and new buildings go up every year. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have a background in local property and construction. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve done around the neighborhood. It’s about being present and knowing the local rules and the land. We keep our days simple, focusing on one project at a time and making sure we don't overcomplicate things. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes with all the paperwork and local permits, but we enjoy the process of building something from the ground up.
