Our office is at 307, on the 18th Cross of 6th Main in Malleswaram. Malleswaram is one of those old-school parts of town where things still feel a bit traditional. We are surrounded by big trees and old houses, which makes the walk to work quite pleasant in the mornings. The building itself is a bit dated, and the elevator can be a little moody, so many of us just take the stairs. Inside, it is pretty standard. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles and lists. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no corporate hierarchy here; we just talk across the room if we need something. We drink a lot of coffee and usually spend our breaks talking about the local news or where to get the best snacks nearby. It is a busy place, but not in a stressful way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have on our plates. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you will see stacks of files everywhere you look. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just a local business in a nice part of town, trying to get through the daily tasks and do right by the people we work with.
