GRAYCOLLAR VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is over in the Prestige Monte Carlo apartments in Puttenahalli, Yelahanka. We are up in unit 2103. It’s a tall building, so we get a good view of the neighborhood from our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We aren't a big firm with a lot of flash. We just handle our venture work and keep things moving. Yelahanka is a busy area but being in the apartment complex keeps it a bit quieter for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know what they’re doing. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or corporate talk. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are really busy with paperwork and others are spent waiting for things to happen. It’s the nature of the business. We try to be practical about everything. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and try to fix it. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular one that gets the job done. It’s a decent place to work and we are happy to be located here in Bengaluru. Most of us have been around this city for a long time and we like the local feel of our area. The security guards downstairs are nice enough. We just keep doing our bit every day.
