Our office is tucked away in H.S.R. Layout, specifically on 10th ‘A’ Cross in the 1st Sector. If you know Bangalore, you know HSR is a mix of houses and small businesses. We are at No. 505 on the 29th Main road. It’s a busy area with plenty of traffic, but once you get inside the building, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We don’t have a big neon sign out front. We’re just one of many offices in this sector. The space is functional. We have some desks, a small pantry, and plenty of files. We manage the local operations for Grasim Industries Limited from here. It’s a lot of coordination with different departments. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes everyone late, but that’s just how it goes in this city. We don’t try to sound like a big tech startup because we aren't one. We’re just a practical team doing our daily jobs. We usually head out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby. It’s a good community to be in. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. There isn't any corporate polish here, just people working hard to make sure everything runs as it should. We've been at this spot for several years now, and the neighbors have become familiar faces to us. It makes the workday feel a bit more comfortable.
