Grand Attic

We are situated in Jayanagar at 80 Nepeansea Road 23. The name Grand Attic comes from the way the space is laid out. It is a bit of an unusual spot because you have to walk up some stairs to reach us. We have been here for several years now and have watched the neighborhood change. There are always new buildings going up nearby. Inside our place things are a bit different. We have some old furniture that we fixed up ourselves over the years. It is not a designer space but it feels comfortable. We spend a lot of our time on the basic things. We make sure the coffee is hot and the food is ready when people ask for it. We do not have a massive staff here. It is just a few of us who handle everything from taking the orders to cleaning the windows. Jayanagar is a busy area but we are tucked away just enough to be quiet. People come here when they need a break from the noise of the street. We do not play loud music or try to be trendy. We just let the natural sounds of the neighborhood come through the windows. The kitchen is small so we have to stay organized. If someone moves the wrong way we usually bump into each other. That is just how we work.
