Grace Electronics

Our place is A-107, in the II Block of the complex in Electronics City. Grace Electronics has its unit tucked away in this large industrial area. Electronics City is full of buildings like ours, all dedicated to technical work. Our unit is a practical space, mostly used for the assembly and testing of various electronic components. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where the work happens. There are benches lined with testing equipment and parts. The lighting is bright and industrial, which is necessary for the kind of detailed work we do. We’ve been in the II Block for quite a while, and we’ve seen the complex change over the years. The common areas are a bit worn down, but our own unit is kept in good order. We have a small table in the corner where we take our breaks and have a bit of a laugh. It’s a hardworking environment, but we try not to take things too seriously. Most of us live nearby or commute from the other side of the city. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to get through our tasks and make sure everything is done right. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We’re just one of the many units in the complex.
