We are located on the ground floor of Silver Spring Apartments over in Kaikondrahalli. It’s right behind that big Bata showroom on Sarjapura Main Road. It’s a bit tucked away, which is actually nice because it stays quiet for the patients. We’ve got some basic equipment, some weights, and the tables for the sessions. Mostly we see people from the neighborhood who have issues with their knees or backs from sitting at desks all day. It's a small place. You won't find a big receptionist team here, usually it's just one of us or the doctor himself answering the phone. We try to keep the schedules tight so nobody has to wait too long in the little lobby area. Sometimes the parking near the apartment entrance is a bit tight, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy lights or anything, just what is needed for the exercises. The residents of the apartment know us well. We’ve been here long enough that we see the same faces every few months when something flares up again. It’s just a normal clinic where we help people move a bit better without making a big fuss about it. We’re usually here until late evening to catch people after their office hours end. It's just a regular apartment unit we converted for the clinic. We have some chairs in the hallway for the waiting patients and some water in the corner.
