Goodyear Properties

Our office is located at No. 443 on 7th Main, right near the 13th Cross in Isro Layout. If you know the area, it is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which we like. Goodyear Properties has been part of this street for a good bit of time now. We spend most of our mornings going through property listings and checking on local rentals or sales. It is a lot of walking around the layout, showing people different houses or plots of land. We are not the type of place that wears suits every day. It is more about knowing which street has the best water supply or which corner lot is going to be noisy. We handle the documents and the back-and-forth between buyers and sellers, which can be a headache sometimes, but it is part of the job. Isro Layout is a nice place to work because you get to know the neighbors. We often have people just poke their heads in to ask about what is moving in the market. We do not have a big sales pitch. We just tell people what is available and what the price looks like. It is a simple way to run things. We keep our files organized, drink a lot of tea, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
