Good Year (India)

Our place is located over at 10 Kalasipalyam New Extention, right in the Navarang Society area on New Sama Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of town. At Good Year (India), we spend a lot of time dealing with tires and rubber goods. The warehouse usually smells like new rubber, which is something you just stop noticing after working here for a few weeks. We have stacks of inventory piled up towards the back, and it can get a bit dusty when the wind blows in from the main road. Navarang Society is a decent neighborhood to be in, and we've gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well over the years. Most of our day involves moving things around, checking stock levels, and making sure the deliveries get sent out to where they need to go. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk where we keep the logs and take calls. The phone rings a lot throughout the day, mostly people asking about specific sizes or when things will arrive. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up in the evening. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things a bit messy near the entrance, but we just sweep it out and carry on. It’s just how it is running a business in this part of Kalasipalyam.
