You can find Golden Gate Properties Ltd., over at 1252, 5th Cross in SVG Nagar. We’re right near Mudalapalya, just off the Nagarabhavi Main Road in Bangalore 560072. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming off the main road. Our office isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. We’ve got a lot of maps of the local layout pinned to the walls. The noise from the 5th cross can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers or on the phone trying to clear some documentation. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for several years, so we know the shortcuts and the local landmarks pretty well. Most of our work involves walking people through the property process without making it sound more complicated than it is. We drink a lot of coffee from the place next door. It’s a simple operation, really. We don’t have a marketing department or a social media manager. We just open the doors in the morning and see what needs doing. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the work moving. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing and we like the rhythm of it.
