Golden Gate Properties Ltd is based out of Bangalore 58, and we’ve been around this area for a good bit now. We don’t really have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. Most people just reach us on the mobile, 98869 02107, which is usually sitting on one of our desks ringing throughout the day. We handle a lot of things over the phone because it’s just faster that way in Karnataka. The office itself is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We have a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about property stuff. It’s a bit of a trek to get to this part of town if you’re coming from the south side, but we like it here. There’s a lot of growth happening in this pin code, and we see it happening every day. We aren't big on those glossy brochures or long meetings that go nowhere. We’d rather just tell you what the situation is and move on to the next task. The tea shop down the street is where we usually end up if the office gets too cramped. It’s just a small team of us working here. We’ve got some old files and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving in the real estate world without making it too complicated. We mostly focus on what's right in front of us. It's not a complicated way to live, but it works for us.
