This branch is on Infantry Road, number 28. It's an old building, but it works for what we do here. Most of the time, people come in looking for cupboards or maybe some office chairs. We have a lot of stuff on the floor, so it gets a bit crowded. It’s not like a big mall showroom; it feels more like a workplace where things actually happen. The staff has been around a long time. Some of us have worked here for over a decade. We deal with a lot of heavy metal items like safes and industrial storage too. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, which is always a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are papers everywhere. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The focus is just on showing the products and making sure the orders get logged correctly. We spend our lunch breaks at the small tea stall nearby. It’s a practical place for practical people. If someone needs a sturdy lock or a fridge that lasts, they usually end up here sooner or later. We just get on with the work and try to help customers find what fits their space. There isn't any music playing or anything, just the sound of people talking and heavy furniture being moved around.
