We are based out of the L&T South City complex in Bangalore. Our unit is 107 in the C3 block. It is just off Bannerghatta Road, which as most people know, can get quite packed with cars at almost any time of day. Being in a residential-style complex makes the workday feel a bit different than being in a massive tech park. It's quieter once you get inside the gates. We handle a lot of the project coordination from this desk. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for our files and the few of us who are here daily. The commute can be a bit of a headache, but that is just Bangalore life. We chose this spot because it's a solid location and easy enough for people to find once they get into the South City area. There is no big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office door. We do our work, talk to the sites, and try to stay organized. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects are running at once, but we manage. The coffee nearby isn't bad either. It's a functional space that suits what we do perfectly fine without being over the top. We stay busy with the paperwork and keep things moving along without making much of a fuss or using fancy titles for anyone.
