We are tucked away in Adugudi, specifically at 44/1, First Main, First Cross in the Nanjappa Layout. Being in Bangalore, you know the traffic is always a topic of conversation around the office. We run Global Ismart from here. It’s a simple setup in a residential-turning-commercial neighborhood. We have a small team of people who show up every day to handle the tech and logistics side of things. The office has that lived-in feel, with wires everywhere and stacks of paper on almost every flat surface. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk nearby when you walk in. We spend a lot of time on our computers, making sure all the data and shipments are lining up. Sometimes we order lunch together from the place down the street. It’s a busy environment but we keep it pretty relaxed. The 560030 area is a good spot for us because it’s central enough to get where we need to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches; we just focus on getting the work done. Things can get a bit disorganized during the busy season, but we always find our way through it. It’s just a group of regular people trying to keep a business going in a big, fast city. We have a few plants on the windowsill that we try to keep alive.
