Global Career Solutions

Global Career Solutions is located at 131/1 in JP Nagar. It’s a residential-looking building that we’ve turned into our workspace. JP Nagar is a big area, but our street is usually a bit calmer than the main roads. We have been here for a while, and it’s become a comfortable spot for us. The office is basically a few rooms with desks and chairs. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People just come in and we talk to them in the main room. It feels more like a house than a cold office building, which I think people like. We handle a lot of career-related stuff, looking at resumes and talking to people about where they want to go next. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls throughout the day. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon, which is usually the highlight of the day. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. We keep it simple. No big corporate rules or anything. If someone needs help, we just sit down and see what we can do. The building has some trees around it, so it’s nice to look outside when we need a break. It’s just a regular business running out of a regular building in a nice part of town. We plan on staying here at 131/1 for the foreseeable future. That is the plan.
