Global Associates, Bangalore

We are located at No.33 in Balaji Layout. It’s part of the Sahakarnagar area in Bangalore. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the traffic around here, you know it can be a bit of a headache, but once you get into the layout, it’s actually quite peaceful. Global Associates, Bangalore, is just a small local operation. Our office is basically a converted space that we’ve made work for us. There are trees outside and sometimes you can hear the birds, which is nice compared to the noise of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us doing the daily work. We get our lunch from the nearby places and often chat with the neighbors. The office doesn't have a big flashy sign, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely for the number 33. We’ve been here for a while and we know the postman and the local shop owners. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have big meetings about vision or strategy. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. Sometimes the rain makes the power flicker, but we’re used to it. It’s a simple life here in Sahakarnagar, and that’s exactly how we like it. We just focus on getting things done correctly.
