Glenands Group

If you walk down Commercial Street, you’ll find us at number 35. Glenands Group is situated in a very lively part of Ashok Nagar, right next to the Empire Hotel. It’s an area that never seems to sleep. There’s a constant stream of shoppers and people looking for a good meal. Our building is right in the middle of that Bazaar Street vibe. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the shops around us change many times. Inside, the atmosphere is a bit different from the chaos outside. We have a lot of stuff related to pets because that’s what we do. It’s not unusual to hear a dog barking or see someone coming in with their pet. The office isn't a sleek, modern space. It’s more like a cluttered, friendly shop where the staff knows most of the regular customers by name. We have shelves full of supplies and books, and the furniture is a bit worn out from use. We don't use a lot of fancy software to track everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just easier for us to handle. The team here is small, and we mostly just enjoy being around animals and helping people out with their pet needs. We don't have a corporate strategy or anything like that. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to make sure everyone who walks through the door gets what they came for. It's just a local spot.
