GLARE HR Solutions

We set up GLARE HR Solutions a while back on the first floor here in Ganganagar. It's a busy spot on 11th Cross, just down the road from the CBI office. Mostly we spend our days looking through piles of resumes and talking to folks who need work. It gets quite hectic, especially on Monday mornings when the phone doesn't seem to stop ringing. We've got a small team working here in the Lakshmaiah Block. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but we just close the windows and manage. People come in looking for some basic advice on hiring or just to drop off a printed CV. We aren't a big fancy agency with those glass walls and leather chairs. It is just a regular office with a few desks and plenty of tea going around. We try to help local companies find staff without making the whole process too complicated for them. It involves a lot of paperwork and endless phone calls, really. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there's always someone new looking for a decent job. We've been in this Balaji Krupa building for a bit now and know the shopkeepers downstairs pretty well. If you're walking from the main road, you'll see our sign right near the corner. We usually stay until the work is finished, often quite late. It’s just us doing what we know how to do every day.
