Girish Deshpande & Associates

Girish Deshpande and the rest of us have been working out of this space at 87/1-A for quite a while now. Lower Palace Orchards is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the rest of Bangalore, which is nice when you're trying to focus on files and drawings. We are specifically on 8th Cross. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you turn off the main road. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place with desks, a lot of paper, and a coffee machine that gets a workout every morning. We get here around nine, sometimes a bit later if the traffic near the palace is acting up. It's usually just us handling the day-to-day associate work. People come in with questions about their projects, and we sit down to figure things out. Bangalore is changing fast, but this little corner feels a bit more like the old days. Girish usually has his door open, so anyone can just walk in and chat about what needs doing. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a practical work environment where we get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to head home before the evening rush gets too bad. It's been our home base for a long time and we like the neighborhood vibe here.
