Ginger

So, Ginger is located at Whitefield Bellary Road 128. It’s a busy area, lots of noise and cars going by all the time. We moved in here because the location seemed practical for what we wanted to do. Running a place like this isn't always easy. There are long hours, and sometimes we’re here late into the night just getting things ready for the next morning. It’s a team of about five of us. We aren't experts in business management; we just learned as we went along. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or we run out of napkins, and we have to scramble. That’s just how it is. We don’t try to act like we’re some high-end establishment. It’s a plain space with some posters on the walls we liked. We get a lot of office workers coming in since we're right on Bellary Road. They’re usually in a hurry, so we try to be quick, but we don't always get it right. We’ve had people complain about the wait, and we just apologize and try to do better. It’s a real job with real problems. We like the neighborhood though. There’s a good mix of people. We’ve gotten to know the delivery guys and the shop owners next door. It feels like a small community even though the city is so big and fast. We’re just part of the background here at 128, doing our best.
