We operate out of 9, Raheja Plaza over on Richmond Road here in Bengaluru. Getrescued - 24/7 Roadside Assistance is basically what the name says. We spend most of our time out on the roads rather than sitting in the office in Karnataka. Bengaluru traffic is no joke, so we are always moving. It’s a 24-hour thing, which means some of us are working while everyone else is sleeping. It gets tiring, but someone has to do it. The office at Raheja Plaza is where we coordinate everything and keep the paperwork straight. It’s not a huge space, just enough for the phones and a place to sit between calls. Richmond Road is usually packed, so getting in and out can be a challenge sometimes. We’ve seen all sorts of car trouble. Flat tires, empty tanks, engines that just give up in the middle of a junction. We just show up and try to help get things moving again. It’s pretty straightforward work, nothing fancy about it. We don’t do big ads or anything. Most people just find us when they are stuck. Being at 560025 puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city. We’re just a regular crew trying to keep people from being stranded on the side of the road. We stay busy enough without needing to brag about it. It’s a long day sometimes.
