We are based out of the Peenya Industrial Estate, which is a very different environment from the rest of Bangalore. It’s all about industry and hard work here. Our place is No. N4 on the 4th Cross in the 1st Stage of Peenya. There is a lot of heavy machinery operating nearby, so the sound of thudding and metal hitting metal is something we hear all day long. This isn't the kind of office where people wear fancy suits. Most of us are in practical clothes that can handle a bit of grease or dust. The building is solid and very functional. We have a lot of technical equipment and some very sturdy desks. Peenya can be a long commute for some, but this is where the real manufacturing happens. The 4th Cross is usually filled with big trucks loading and unloading goods. There aren't any fancy cafes or parks nearby, just some local tea stalls where we grab a quick drink and a biscuit. The air is often a bit dusty and the sun can be quite harsh on the metal roofs of the workshops. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. We know the other business owners on our street. It’s a real community of people who actually build things. Our office is just one part of the whole operation. We don’t have any decorations, just some structural plans and a few old calendars on the wall.
