Started the business at No. 20 Ground Floor over on 1st Cross. S. R. Nagar is always buzzing with people and bikes. We spend most of our mornings unpacking crates of medical gear and checking through invoices. It gets pretty warm in the office around noon, so we keep the fan going all day. The Karagappa Garden area is a decent spot, though parking is usually a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve got a small crew here, mostly locals who know their way around. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. We deal with all sorts of medical equipment, and the storage room is always packed to the ceiling. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. Customers usually just walk in from the street or call us when they need something specific for a clinic.
