Gemini Constructions

Gemini Constructions is located at 580, 2nd Main Road in Kengeri Satellite Town. This part of Bangalore is a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually like. We spend our time working on building projects and looking over blueprints. Our office has stacks of paper, some bags of cement samples, and hard hats lying around. It’s a working office, not a showpiece. We are usually busy talking to laborers, checking on material deliveries, and making sure the sites are moving along. Bangalore’s weather is mostly nice, but the rain can really slow down a construction job. We’ve been in Kengeri for quite some time, and we have seen the neighborhood grow around us. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we don't have to deal with the crazy city traffic too much. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a lot of physical coordination and making sure things are built the right way. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Karnataka. We just want to finish our current projects and move on to the next one. It’s steady work that keeps us busy throughout the year. We just take it site by site and try to get the walls up straight for the families moving in.
