Garware Plastics

Garware Plastics is located right on the ground floor of Plot No.360, over on 17th Main in J.P. Nagar II Phase. If you know Bangalore, you know J.P. Nagar is a busy area with a lot of houses and small businesses mixed together. We’ve been at this 11th Cross spot for a good while. Our day usually starts with checking what orders came in and seeing what we need to get out the door. Plastic products are used for so many things, so we deal with all kinds of customers. Some are looking for specific parts and others just need bulk supplies. The office isn't very large, so we all work pretty close to each other. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like running a local business. You’ll usually find us chatting with the delivery drivers or trying to fix the printer when it acts up. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing. We just focus on getting the plastic items to the people who ordered them. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits us fine here. The traffic on 17th Main can be a nightmare, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush hour starts. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea, and that’s our break room. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out. It’s a simple way of doing things that has kept us going here for a long time.
