Ganga Real Estate

Ganga Real Estate is located on the 1st floor of building 84 in Jeevan Bhima Nagar. We are right on Navrozji Hill Road 1. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a decent little office once you get there. I’ve been working in real estate around this part of town for a long time. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or want to sell something they own. It’s mostly local stuff. We know the buildings and the landlords around Jeevan Bhima Nagar pretty well because we live and work here too. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and some files. We don't use any of those big computer systems to track everything, just old-fashioned notebooks and talking to people. My name is on the door and I usually handle the visits myself. Navrozji Hill Road can get a bit crowded during the day with cars parked everywhere. If you come by, you might have to look for a spot a little further down. We keep the windows open to let the breeze in. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We just try to help people find what they need without making things more difficult than they have to be. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
