Being out here in the 2nd Phase of Jigani Industrial Area means we are surrounded by factories and big trucks all day. GANGA MICRO ELECTRONICS is located at Plot No. 25, and it’s a straightforward industrial setup. The commute to Jigani can be a bit of a trek depending on where you live in the city, but once you’re here, it’s all about the work. We deal with micro-electronics, which means a lot of small, fiddly parts that require a bit of patience. The building itself is practical. We don’t have fancy decorations or a big marketing department. It’s mostly just the production floor and some office space where we keep the records. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and movement in the industrial area, but that’s just how it is. We have a small team, and everyone pretty much knows what they have to do. We don’t really go for the high-end office look; we’d rather have tools that work and enough space to move boxes around. It’s a busy place, especially when a big order comes in. We take our breaks together, usually talking about the traffic or what’s happening in the area. It’s a real, working environment where we focus on getting the electronics right without any extra fluff. Things aren't always perfect, but we get the job done and head home.
