Lab Systems

Lab Systems is based over at No. G-16 Krishna Towers on the 3rd Main Road. We are right opposite the Kamat Yatrinivas in Gandhinagar, which is a landmark most people in the area recognize easily. Our office is up on one of the higher floors, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. It is usually quite crowded with traffic outside, but inside it stays relatively quiet for the most part. We deal with various types of laboratory equipment and software systems. The rooms are filled with boxes and some technical manuals that we have to refer to quite often. There isn't a lot of extra space because we have a lot of demo units sitting around. The elevators in Krishna Towers can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so most of us just take the stairs if we are only going down a couple of levels. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. The work involves a lot of technical details, so we spend a lot of time staring at screens and checking data. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the location is convenient for getting around the city. We’ve been in this building for several years now and have gotten to know the security guards and the other people working on our floor.
