Down in Bommanahalli, specifically in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, you’ll find us at Delta Scafform Systems. We are tucked away in Shed No. 2 at number 290, right on the 3rd Cross, 1st Lane. It is behind the Balaji Complex, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us off Hosur Road. Working in a shed means it’s noisy and there’s always a bit of dust in the air from the scaffolding and metal. It’s heavy work, moving those frames and pipes around all day. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned offices; it’s more about being on the floor and making sure the equipment is ready for the next job. The area is very industrial, with trucks constantly moving in and out of the narrow lanes. Sometimes it’s a real struggle just to get a vehicle parked. We’ve got a small crew and we all know our roles. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We take our tea breaks seriously because it’s the only time we really sit down. The floor is covered in grease and metal shavings most of the time, no matter how much we sweep. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it a long time. People around here know us for being at this specific spot behind the complex. We just keep our heads down and get the loading done so the trucks can leave on time.
