Our R.T. Nagar office is located in the 2nd Block on 2nd Cross. It is a pretty easy place to find once you get into the neighborhood. We have been here for a while and the office has a very settled, lived-in vibe. It is not one of those modern glass offices; it is more like a traditional workspace where things actually get done. The rooms are filled with the sound of fans and the occasional hum of a printer. We have a lot of storage for our technical equipment and site gear in the back. Most of the staff are out in the field during the day, so it can be quite quiet until the late afternoon. Then everyone comes back and it gets a bit chaotic with people updating logs and sharing news from the sites. We handle the 560032 area projects from here. There is always a stack of newspapers in the corner and a few spare helmets lying around. We do not worry much about how the place looks to outsiders. As long as we have enough space for our meetings and our files are in order, we are happy. It is a straightforward environment for people who care about the nuts and bolts of building things. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time looking at schedules. It is just a normal part of the day for us here in Bangalore, making sure the work keeps moving forward.
