Gammon India Limited

We are tucked away in a residential part of Bangalore, specifically in the Siddhivinayak Layout of Kodigehalli. Our office is actually on the first floor of House No 07, which belongs to N. Nagaraj. It feels more like a regular home than a big company headquarters, which we actually like because it is more relaxed. We are the Gammon India Limited team for this specific area. Since we are in a layout, it is relatively quiet compared to the main city roads and the heavy traffic. We walk up the stairs every morning and get straight to our desks. There is not a lot of space, so things can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports after a busy week. We share a small kitchen area and usually bring our own tiffins for lunch. The pin code is 560097. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it feels very local and grounded. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a lobby for people to wait in. If someone visits us, they just pull up a plastic chair and we talk. It is a very informal way of working, but it works well for us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we do not have to suffer through the worst of the Bangalore traffic every day. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come our way without making a fuss.
