Gammon India Limited

Living and working in Bangalore means we have to deal with the heavy traffic every single day. We are part of the Gammon India Limited team here, and our setup is pretty much like any other busy office you would find in this city. It gets quite loud outside with the horns and the construction nearby. The weather in Bangalore changes every few hours, but we just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There are plenty of us coming in and out at different times for various meetings. We do not really have a big fancy sign or a grand entrance, just a place where the actual work happens. Sometimes the office coffee machine breaks down, and sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get through it. Most of the staff here have been with the company for a good few years now. We know all the local tea stalls and where to get a decent lunch that does not cost too much. It is not always glamorous, especially when projects are moving fast and the pressure is on. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at technical papers. The city is growing so fast, and being part of that feels normal to us now. It is a bit crowded sometimes, and the commute can be a real pain in the neck. We are just a local team trying to stay on top of our lists.
