Gammom India

Our office for Gammom India is located at D-54 in the Paryavaran Complex over in Neb Sarai. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know the lanes can be a bit narrow and tricky to navigate. But once you find the building, it’s actually a pretty calm spot to work. We have a modest space on one of the floors. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. The walls have some marks, and the floor is just plain stone. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to our teams out in the field. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels a bit cramped. You can see the rooftops of other buildings and hear the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a real working environment. We don't have a lobby or a dedicated person to answer the phones; we all just pitch in. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home, eaten quickly so we can get back to it. It’s a straightforward life here in Neb Sarai. We just focus on the day’s work and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we manage to sort it all out by evening. We prefer the quiet of this complex over the louder parts of the city.
