It’s a bit funny because our name says Bangalore but we are actually working out of Nagpur. We’re over in the Nazul Lay Out Colony, right near Plot No 105. The post office nearby is Bezonbagh. It’s a decent area, quite settled. We do construction work, so most of our time is spent on sites rather than sitting in the office. The office itself is just a base of operations where we keep the tools and the blueprints. We’ve got some staff who handle the calls and the billing, but they’re usually busy with something or other. Dealing with contractors and laborers is what our days look like. It’s dusty work and sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but we manage. We aren’t looking to win any awards for our office decor. It’s mostly just a place to park the trucks and store materials. Maharashtra has been home for us for a long time. We know the local rules and the people around here. It’s a simple business. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at the plans and get to building. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during monsoon, but we catch up eventually. That’s just life in construction. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know where to find us if they need some work done. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and pays the bills.
