We’ve been tucked away here on the 4th floor of the Unity Building for a while now. Getting up here is part of our daily routine, and being right on the main road of Jaya Chamarajendra Road means there’s always something happening outside the window. Srikanteshwara Nagar is a busy pocket of Mahalakshmi Layout, and you can definitely feel that energy from our desks throughout the day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down and get through the paperwork every morning. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's coffee orders by heart. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic down below, but we’ve gotten used to the honking and the general buzz of the city. We spend most of our time staring at files or chatting about what needs to get finished by the end of the week. It’s a practical setup. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the desks, and sometimes the lift is a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big logos or shiny glass walls. It’s just us, some sturdy desks, and a lot of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the big Main Road sign and head up. It’s a bit of a climb but we like the view of the neighborhood from up here.
