G V Constructions & Developers

G V Constructions & Developers is tucked away in JP Nagar 5th Phase. Our office is on the 19th Cross, right behind the Av Education Society. It’s a quiet enough area in Star Muniswamy Layout, at least compared to the main roads. We’ve been working on buildings and development projects for a while now. Most of our time is spent out on sites or looking at blueprints on the big table in the back room. We have maps and site plans pinned up all over the walls. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The team is small, mostly just people who have been in the construction trade for years. We don't have a shiny showroom. Usually, people just come by the office to talk about their plans or check on how a job is going. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with suppliers and workers. It’s a lot of coordination. Bangalore is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with our part of it. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time driving between different spots. It’s tiring work but satisfying when a project actually gets finished. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just build things and try to make sure they stay sturdy. That’s about it for us. We just keep building day by day.
