G K Developers

We are based at No.29 on the 8th Cross, which is just off the 19th Main Road in HSR Layout. We are in the 1st Sector, a part of town that has really changed over the last decade. G K Developers is a small operation. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a basic office where we keep our project files, blueprints, and the occasional hard hat. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or visiting sites around Bangalore 560034. The office itself is usually a bit messy with paperwork and site maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been working from this 8th Cross location for some time now. People usually find us by word of mouth since we don't really do the whole social media or big billboard thing. HSR Layout is a busy place, but the 1st Sector is relatively calm, which we like. If you are coming down 19th Main, the turn for the 8th Cross is pretty easy to spot. We aren't looking to be the biggest developers in the city. We just want to get our projects finished without too much trouble. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on materials every day. We keep it honest and just do the work as it comes. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We are usually here from morning until the evening.
