G K Builders

We run G K Builders from our office in Banaswadi on B T Kawade Road, at number 1636B. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. The office is basically a hub where we coordinate all our building sites. There are rolls of blueprints everywhere and the floor usually has a bit of sand or dust on it because we are always coming and going from construction spots. We have a few old chairs for visitors and a big map of the area pinned to the wall with various marks on it. It’s not a place where you’ll find much decoration, just the tools we need to get the job done. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or out in the sun, so being in the office is usually for catching up on paperwork. We have a small crew and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is a lot of shouting and laughing during the day, which keeps the mood light even when things are stressful. We get our supplies from the local vendors nearby and they often stop by for a chat. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, just a local builder trying to do decent work for the people in Banaswadi. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We just show up and do the work every single day.
